Free Initial Phone Consultation:
Ready to explore therapy? Schedule a free 20-minute phone consultation with me to ask any questions and discuss any concerns you may have. This call will also help me determine how I can best help you.

Rates:

My telehealth sessions are typically 50 minutes long and are charged at $180 per session. If the fee is financially challenging for you, we can discuss sliding scale fees on a case-by-case basis, as I don’t want there to be any financial barriers to care.

In addition, if we determine that a shorter or longer session is more appropriate based on your needs or presenting issues, the fee will be prorated to the amount of time spent in session. This ensures that you are only charged for the time you spend in therapy and not for any additional time.

As a private pay client, I am required to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" of anticipated therapy costs according to federal regulations. You have the right to receive this estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

● You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

● Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

● If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

● Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.

Forms of Payment:

For your convenience, I accept most major credit cards, including FSA and HSA cards. As a client, your credit card information will be safely stored in your client portal, where automatic payments can be scheduled after each session. Once a payment is processed, you will receive an email with a link to your client portal, where you can view your invoices.

Insurance Coverage:

As an out-of-network provider, I am not affiliated with any specific insurance panels and therefore require full payment at each session. However, I can provide you with a “Superbill”, either weekly or monthly, that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. While I cannot guarantee that you will receive reimbursement, many clients are eligible for some form of for out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance plans or healthcare spending accounts. It is important to verify your coverage prior to scheduling a session with me, so you can make informed decisions and avoid any financial surprises.
